Review Process

Once we receive your claim, our team will:

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content or product was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification.

Your counter-notification must include:

• Your full name and contact information

• Identification of the removed content and its location before removal

• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification

• Your consent to the jurisdiction of your local court system

• Your electronic or physical signature

Repeat Infringers

Crosscy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are found to repeatedly violate intellectual property rights.
