CANCEL / CHANGE ORDER
At Crosscy, we understand that sometimes you may need to update or cancel your order after placing it. We aim to make this process as smooth and flexible as possible.
Order Changes
If you need to modify your order (such as changing size, color, shipping address, or item), please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
We process orders quickly, so changes can only be made within a limited time frame before the order is sent to production or shipping.

Our support team will review your request and confirm whether the changes can be applied.
Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
If your order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Important Notes
Orders that have already entered production cannot be modified or canceled.
Incorrect shipping information may lead to delivery issues, so please double-check your details before completing checkout.

Refund Processing
If your cancellation request is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
